Back in 1999 when Jeff Underwood started making "The First Independent Digital SciFi - CENTRAL ENFORCEMENT", as a Pilot for TV he wanted to launch his vision of a full production studio in the inland empire. Well it didn't happen over night, actually it took ten years. But now here we are!
Committed to quality, we are producing everything from, Action Adventure to compelling Christian Content. "The story is where we start and build it up from there," Underwood says about the film companies approach to making quality marketable content.
